The Nordic Hot Tubs Encore Luxury is a spacious, square hot tub designed for 6 people. With no fewer than 53 individually adjustable Nordic Star™ jets, comfortable seating at different heights and a dedicated lounger, you can enjoy a wonderful hydromassage and ultimate relaxation.
The Encore Luxury combines comfort, luxury and ease of use. Thanks to the different seating heights and integrated lounger, everyone can find a comfortable position in the water. What makes the Encore Luxury truly special is the standard integrated Northern Lights lighting package. This extensive package includes ambient LED lighting in and around the hot tub, as well as a beautiful waterfall. This allows you to enjoy a luxurious wellness experience in your own garden, even in the evening.
Why choose a Nordic Hot Tub?
- Energy-efficient thanks to Nordic Wrap™ insulation
All Nordic Hot Tubs are insulated with polyurethane foam and Nordic Wrap™ insulation, developed for extremely cold climates such as Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia. With an R-value of 9.5, the hot tub loses very little heat, even on the coldest winter days. Nordic hot tubs and spas meet the strictest energy efficiency standards of the California Energy Commission. Nordic Wrap insulation provides energy savings of up to 30-40%!
- Hydrotherapy
Nordic Hot Tubs are equipped with Nordic Star™ jets. These massage jets provide a unique combination of powerful and targeted water massages for the ultimate hydrotherapy experience. The seats also offer comfortable sitting or lounging positions, with different heights to suit your personal preferences.
All Nordic Hot Tubs are designed to provide not only physical benefits but also psychological and wellness benefits. The unique combination of Nordic Star™ jets, which can deliver both water and air through a dual system, offers the ultimate hydrotherapy experience. By default, the jets deliver only water, but separate controls positioned around the spa allow you to add more or less air. This enables you to adjust the jets entirely to your personal preference. The fixed control panel allows you to easily adjust the jet intensity, lighting and water temperature.
- Spend quality time together
A hot tub brings people together. Relax with family or friends without being distracted by messages or social media. Take the time to truly connect and enjoy each other's company in warm, soothing water.

Preparation
Obviously you’ll need to have a power supply in the spot where you’d like to position your electric hot tub. If you don’t, then we'd advise getting an electrician to put one in prior to installing your hot tub.
Assembly
The hot tub is delivered fully assembled. The only thing to do after installing your hot tub is to add an optional set of steps and cover holder.
Installation
The installation of your electrical hot tub consists of connecting up the power. You can have this done by an electrician or we can arrange it for you (price on request).
Retreat SE
The Retreat SE model can be connected to either 220V or 380V (high-voltage current), as you wish. If you choose 220V, the heating system will automatically turn off as soon as you turn on the jets. This isn’t a problem when using your hot tub, as the tub will already be at the right temperature. A 220V connection is the most common one with these Nordic Hot Tubs.
Nonetheless, if you do go for a high-voltage current (380V), the heating system and the jets can work simultaneously. An alternative to turning both systems on at the same time is to connect your hot tub to 2 groups of 220V.
Encore Luxury
The Encore Luxury model can only be connected up to 380V (high-voltage current). Do get a qualified electrician to install the high-voltage power beforehand, if required.
Warranty
This hot tub is covered by a 3-year warranty and the inner shell even has a lifetime warranty. Please see our General Terms and Conditions for specific delivery and warranty information.
